About OEA

Our mission is to host statewide eSport competitions and provide our players with college scholarships. We are partnered with OHSEA, but we are not associated with Ohio high schools.

College eSports

Tiffin University and Lourdes University have started eSports teams. Both universities will be recruiting students and offering scholarships. Our tournaments will be a great way to showcase your abilities!

Where will Tournaments be located?

We will pick locations to accommodate as many players as possible. As a general rule, you should expect each event to have a Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland competition. More events will be added as necessary. Finals will be located centrally, most likely in Columbus.

When will Tournaments be held?

Summer months or weekends.

How do I submit a team? Can my team change?

You can submit your team in the members area after you join OEA. You may change a team until about a month prior to a competition. You will receive notice of the final deadline to change your team upon registration.

What is the amount of the winning scholarship?

Scholarship amounts will be based on number of event entries. We want to give as much as we can to our players.

What should I bring to an event?

For PC events, bring a mouse, keyboard, and headset. For console events, bring a controller. All games, consoles, and PCs will be provided.
